- What is a handtied? A handtied bouquet is arranged in the hand and then tied with twine, finished with gift wrap and a bow. A brilliant, no fuss option for the lucky recipient as all they need to do is unwrap the flowers, trim the stems and place into a clean vase of water.
- What is an aqua? An aqua is also arranged in the hand, tied and gift wrapped as usual. The stems are trimmed, wrapped in cellophane and this is then filled with water to crate a temporary water source for the flowers. When in the aqua pack the flowers are freestanding and don’t require a vase immediately, however, the water should be changed in any floral arrangement after 2-3 days so after this time the flowers should be unwrapped and transferred into a vase.
